The natural evolution of his professional activity as an olive oil consultant, the Alberto Galluffo Agricultural Company was born in the last twenty years to put to use all the knowledge acquired in over 25 years of experience on his own, to create excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oils. Positioned in a privileged area for exposure to the sun and the Mediterranean winds, close to the Marausa coast, 10 kilometers from Trapani, in western Sicily and in the Valli Trapanesi DOP area, the characteristics of the soil, the native centenary olive groves flanked by those of recent cultivation and the deep-rooted Sicilian historical tradition in the cultivation of the olive tree can only offer the optimal conditions for the production of oil of exceptional quality.

THE BUILDING


Created in 2005, by the architect Rosario Cusenza, the structure was born from a revolutionary idea of uniting technological innovation with the surrounding flora. Made with materials such as wood and travertine, the structure offers large open spaces, windows to let in the sun's rays, tanks with marine plants and fish in such a way as to fit in perfectly with the surroundings, with almost zero environmental impact. The structure consists of 4 bathrooms, 5 offices, 2 goods warehouses, a bottling plant, a staff room, an analysis laboratory and an underground cistern.

THE BOTTLING


Each phase of the production process from the olive harvest, milling, packaging and storage takes place within our factory. For this reason there is a state-of-the-art packaging plant equipped with a filler, capper, labeler and boxer, capable of producing 15,000 bottles a day.
